The I.R.S. consists of three products:
Seal Kote, Poly Fab Membrane, and Kool-Kote Elastomeric White Roof Coating.
Seal Kote is an elastomeric, waterproof roofing material used as a base/primer coat on various types of roofing surfaces.

Polyester Ply-Reinforcement
The stitch bonded polyester we use is one of the strongest materials available to use as reinforcement in cold process fluid applied roofing. It's very soft and provides excellent conformability and elongation for irregular surfaces, such as filled gravel, asphalt shingles, and corrugated metal.
Apply a reinforcing support that will help prevent cracking or any physical damage that might reduce the lifespan of your roof's protection.
Begin with a good base that will completely preserve your roof, keeping out bugs, water, dust, and anything that doesn't belong
Finish!
Finish with the final layer that is specially designed to keep you kool! This will provide maximum protection for your roof against the sun while simultaneously lowering the temperature inside your home.

Intra-lock Roofing System
When properly applied, the finished system will yield a tough film between 55 and 65 mm thick that can keep your roof protected for decades if applied and maintained correctly according to our tried and tested regimen.
The system conforms to any shape and adheres to any sound surface, making it ideal for new roof construction, repairs, or restorations. It seals and bridges minor cracks and surface defects, as well as resists ponding water on flat roofs with poor drainage.
Poly Fab fabric is recommended for all roofing surfaces, new or old, whenever seams, flashings, vents, or other equipment such as refrigeration units or skylights are present.
Our product is absolutely pivotal for restoring an old roof or preserving the condition of a new one. Seal Kote’s rubber-like film encapsulates and seals surfaces to prevent leaks, forming a durable finish that protects against weathering and chemical deterioration.
Seal Kote’s elastic, self-flashing film conforms to any shape and can be used with reinforcing fabrics to patch flashings, vents, or other roofing protrusions.
Once cured, the film can elongate to over 300% of its original length without cracking. It withstands even the most severe weather conditions, remaining pliable at temperatures as low as -20°F—keeping you worry-free.
Our Kool Kote roof coating is a specially formulated Acrylic Elastomeric Latex sealant that is designed to reflect the extreme heat from the sun and extend roof life. It is made to adhere to any roof surface, while sealing and water proofing joints, cracks, penetrations, flashings, and scupper drains. Kool Kote will remain flexible and strong at temperatures as hot as 180°F and as cold as 15°F.
